Return Policy
Returns: No appliance(s) may be returned. The only exception is if the appliance(s) is deemed to be defective by a manufacturer authorized servicer. Should the appliance be deemed non-repairable within 2 days of being picked up or delivered, Camden Appliance will refund or exchange the unit. You further agree to release, save, and hold Camdens harmless for any and all claims, or causes of action arising from this policy. You are responsible for all Camdens attorney’s fees and cost incurred to collect balance and/or court fees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE APPLIANCE(S) HAVE BEEN PICKED UP OR DELIVERED.
Special Order Appliance(s): If Camden special orders appliance at your request, ALL special orders are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation: Cancellations of complete and paid purchases are not allowed. If, however, Camdens agrees in writing to permit cancellation, all cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You further agree to release, save, and hold Camdens harmless for any and all claims, or causes of action arising from this policy. You are responsible for all Camdens attorney’s fees and cost incurred to collect balance and/or court fees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE APPLIANCE(S) HAVE BEEN PICKED UP OR DELIVERED.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
